As Office Manager, Maria helps oversee firm operations and client communications while supporting the legal team in maintaining an organized, responsive, and client-focused practice. Maria's Latin American heritage gives her a strong appreciation for the cultural considerations that often shape a client's experience with the U.S. immigration system.
